Gehäuse aus Edelstahl mit isoliertem Wasserbad und Verfahrtraverse zur Aufnahme von max. 3 Proben gleichzeitig. Die Traverse ist in Präzisionsführungen gelagert und wird über eine Kugelrollspindel mittels Schrittmotor angetrieben. An der linken Geräteseite ist die Mikroprozessor-Steuereinheit mit serieller PC- Schnittstelle eingebaut. Zur Ermittlung der Kraftduktilität ist eine Messstelle mit Kraftaufnehmer 500 N, Auflösung 0.02 N (auf Wunsch Sonderausführung 100 N, Auflösung 0.004 N) ausgerüstet. Zwei weitere Kraftaufnehmer (20-2357) kön- nen angeschlossen werden. Die Antriebssteuerung mit variabler Vorschubgeschwindigkeit 1 bis 50 mm/min. sowie die Kraft- und Verformungsmessung erfolgt über PC. Im Lieferumfang enhalten ist die Software unter Windows mit Mög- lichkeit der anwenderorientierten Ablaufprogrammierung zur Steuerung des Versuchsablaufs mit online Ausgabe von Kraft und Weg und Versuchsauswertung mit Berechnung der Planimetrie. Eine Datenbank im dBase- Format ermöglicht die Abspeicherung der Versuche. Mittels Zusatzoption 20-2359 kann die Wassertemperatur im Bad an 2 Stellen laufend erfasst und ebenfalls abgespeichert werden. Auf der rechten Seite des Bades ist ein Probenlagerplatz sowie der Raum für einen Einhängethermostaten (50-0600) zur Badtemperierung vorbereitet. Für Versuche bis ca. -5° C ist in Verbindung mit 50-0600 eine Kühleinrichtung (20-2375) lieferbar. Zur Verwendung eines externen Kühlthermostaten (50-0650) sind an der rechten Seite Anschlüsse vorbereitet. Komplett mit herausnehmbarer Glasscheibe im Wasserbad, jedoch ohne Formen und ohne Badtemperiereinrichtung. Zum Betrieb ist ein PC mit Bildschirm und Tastatur erforderlich. At the left side the microprocessor system with interface for PC is installed. One measuring place is equipped with an electronic load transducer 500 N, resolution 0.02 N (100 N, resolution 0.004 N as an option). Two more load transducers 20-2357 can be connected. The stepper motor with variable speed range 1 to 50 mm/min. as well as load and displacement measurement is controlled via PC. Supplied with Windows software with on-line graphics and data base (dBase) as well as evaluation of test with calculation of planimetrie. Special test sequences can be programmed by the user himself. The water bath temperature can be recorded continously by use of temperature sensors 20-2359, available on option. At the right side of the water bath a sample preheating rack and space for a immersion heater with circulation pump (50-0600) is prepared. For tests down to appr. -5° C the cooling installation 20-2375 can be used together with 50-0600. Pipes for the connection of an external cooling/heating unit (50-0650) are foreseen at the right side. Supplied with removable glass plate for the water bath. Ductility moulds and heating/cooling attachment not included. For operation a PC with Windows has to be provi- ded.
