Stabiles Grundgestell mit Grundplatte und darauf aufgebautem Amboss aus Gussstahl. Am Grundgestell angebaut ist der Elektromotor für die kettenbetriebene Hochziehvor- richtung des Fallgewichts. Die Mitnahme des Fallge- wichts und das Auslösen nach Erreichen der einge- stellten Fallhöhe erfolgt gleichzeitig rechts und links. Damit ist eine minimale Reibung beim Fall und eine größtmöglich konstante Schlagenergie gewährleis- tet. Die Kette und Auslöseeinrichtung befindet sich hinter einem aufklappbaren Schutzdeckel mit Glas- scheiben. Der Formensatzes wird über eine auf dem Amboss aufgebaute stabile Exzenterspanvorrichtung gesichert. Die elektrische Steuerung mit Schlagzähler ist in einem separaten Gehäuse mit Verbindungska- bel zum Gerät eingebaut. Der Vorwahlzähler stoppt den Motor nach Erreichen der voreingestellten Schlagzahl. Komplett mit Fallhammer, jedoch ohne Formen - siehe 20-1550.. The drop weight is lifted and released by a special system from two sides reducing friction during fall to a minimum and ensuring an almost constant compaction energy. A safety cover with viewing windows is provided around the chain and drop weight release device. The rigid mould spanner set fixed on the anvil is equipped with a compaction rammer lifting device. The blow counter with electrical control is installed in a separate control box connected with a cable. A presetting counter stops the motor after reaching the preselected number of drops.
