64 20-1120 Automatische Extraktionsanlage EN 12697/1 • ASTM • AASHTO zur Zerlegung von Asphaltmischgut in die Bestandteile Mineralstoffe, Füller und Binde- mittel. Dazu wird das auf die Siebe (20-1150..) aufgegebene Mischgut mit Trichlorethylen (Perchlorethylen Sonder- option) besprüht, gelöst und mittels Vibration in seine Bestandteile zerlegt. Die Mineralstoffe werden in den Sieben zurückgehalten. Der Füller wird über die Zentrifuge vom Bitumen-/Lösemittelgemisch getrennt. In der angeschlossenen Destillationsanlage wird das Lösemittel wieder vom Bitumen getrennt. Mineralstoffe und Füller müssen im Anschluss getrocknet werden. Das Lösemittel wird wiederverwendet. Max. Mischgut-Aufgabemenge ca. 3.5 kg. Extraktionszeit ohne Trockung ca. 35 min. Inkl. 3 Schleuderhülsen 20-0330, jedoch ohne Siebsätze und ohne Untergestell 20-1125. The asphalt mixture is placed on top of the sieves (20-1150..) and by use of trichloroethylene (perchlorethylene on option), vibration and centrifuge extraction divided into aggregates, filler and binder-/solvent mixture. The solvent is automatically recovered by use of attached recovery still and is used again for the next extraction. Minerals and filler have to be dried after extraction.
