Stabiles Maschinengehäuse mit Sicherheitstür nach CE und elektrischer Antriebsein- richtung zum Anheben und Auslösen des Fallham- mers, der Verschiebebewegung für Zentrums- und Randschlag sowie der Drehbewegung des Proctorzy- linders. Der Versuchsablauf mit Anzahl und Lage der Schläge pro Schicht erfolgt mikroprozessorgesteuert mit Software gemäß der jeweiligen Norm. In der Steuerung können 2 Versuchsabläufe gespeichert werden (EN+DIN bzw. DIN+ASTM etc.). Die Aufstel- lung des Gerätes kann auf jedem stabilen Unter- grund vorgenommen werden. Die Fallhöhe sowie der Drehwinkel pro Verdichtungsschlag werden über einfach austauschbare Mitnehmer- bzw. Kurven- scheiben gesteuert. Beim Betrieb fährt die Stange des Fallhammers oben über das Gerät auf 2300 mm (10-1855) bzw. 2700 mm (10-1865) heraus. Das norm- abhängig unterschiedliche Zubehör (10-1855/65E10..) bestehend aus spezifischer Steuerungssoftware, aus- tauschbaren Mitnehmer- und Kurvenscheiben sowie Fallhämmer ist zusätzlich erforderlich. Die norm- abhängigen Proctorformen (10-1752..) sind ebenso nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten! CE regulations and electrically operated drive system to lift and release the compaction rammer, to automatically move it from center to outer compaction and to turn the proctor mould during compaction. The complete test procedure with number and place of compaction blows per each layer is controlled by a microproces- sor system with software according to each standard. Up to two standards (EN+DIN or DIN+ASTM etc.) can be memorized by the system. The machine can be installed on every stable base. The compaction height as well as the angle of rotation of mould per drop are controlled by easy exchangeable drive and angle plates. The rod of the rammer is increasing the height of the machines to 2300 mm (10-1855) resp. 2700 mm (10-1865). Different accessories sets acc. each standard (10-1855/65E10..) comprising the special operation software, interchangeable drive and angle plates as well as rammers have to be orde- red in addition.
