Stabiler, verschraubter Viersäulenprüfrahmen für Druckprüfungen mit seitlich angebauter Biegeprüfeinheit 100 kN. Die obere Druckplatte ist kugelig gelagert und ermöglicht eine Schrägstellung bis 3°. Die Druckplatten sind gehärtet (53 HRc) und geschliffen. Der Hydraulikkolben ist aus Vollmaterial hergestellt und wird zur Vermeidung von Spannungen speziell behandelt. Spezialdichtungen garantieren geringe Reibung. Die Biege- prüfeinheit ist mit verstellbaren Druckschneiden unten und einer Zentrumsschneide oben ausgestattet. Die Krafterzeu- gung erfolgt mittels einer im Öltank eingebauten Elektrohydraulikpumpe, integriert im Unterbau der Prüfmaschine. Der Kraftanstieg wird mittels Mengenregler mit Feinregulierung und Handrad gesteuert. Komplett mit LED-Anzeige 5-stellig mit Spitzenwertspeicher und Interface RS 232 C zur Spitzenwertausgabe. Sturdy, bolted 4-columns test frame with supporting structure and attached bending test frame 100 kN. The upper pressure plate is mounted to a ball-and socket-joint, allowing an inclination of 3°. Both pressure plates are hardened (53 HRc) and surface grinded. The hydraulic piston is made of solid steel and spe- cially treated to eliminate stress. Specially seals are used to guarantee low friction. The bending test frame is equipped with one upper and two adjustable lower bending rollers. Load is generated via an electrohydraulic pump integrated in the oil tank and controlled by a precision pressure governor with fine regulating valve and handwheel. The power unit together with the microprocessor controlled load indication system with menu control, 5-digit LED display with peak memory and interface RS 232 C with peak output is installed in a separate control cupboard installed to the right of the machine. Supplied with CE protecting panes around the test chamber.
