Stabiler, verschraubter Viersäulenprüfrahmen mit Unterbau und angebauter Bedien- und Anzeigekonsole und ausgestattet mit Splitterschutzscheibe um den Ma- schinenraum mit Sicherheitsschalter. Die Krafterzeugung erfolgt mittels einer im Öltank eingebauten Elektrohydraulik- pumpe, integriert im Unterbau der Prüfmaschine. Der Kraftanstieg wird mittels Mengenregler mit Feinregulierung und Handrad gesteuert. Die obere Druckplatte ist kugelig gelagert und ermöglicht eine Schrägstellung bis 3°. Die Druckplat- ten sind gehärtet (53 HRc) und geschliffen. Der Hydraulikkolben ist aus Vollmaterial hergestellt und wird zur Vermei- dung von Spannungen speziell behandelt. Spezialdichtungen garantieren geringe Reibung. Load is generated via an electrohydraulic pump integrated in the oil tank, which is integrated in the sup- porting structure of the machine. Load rise is controlled by a precision pressure governor with fine regulating valve and handwheel. The upper pressure plates is mounted to a ball-and socket-joint, allowing an inclination of 3°. Both pressure plates are hardened (53 HRc) and surface grinded. The hydraulic piston is made of solid steel and specially treated to eliminate stress.
