Die Krafterzeugung erfolgt mittels einer im Öltank eingebauten Elektrohydraulikpumpe, inte- griert im Unterbau der Prüfmaschine. Der Kraftanstieg wird mittels Mengenregler mit Feinregulierung und Handrad gesteuert. Die obere Druckplatte ist kugelig gelagert und ermöglicht eine Schrägstellung bis 3°. Die Druckplatten sind gehärtet (53 HRc) und geschliffen. Der Hydraulikkolben ist aus Vollmaterial hergestellt und wird zur Vermeidung von Spannungen speziell behandelt. Spezialdichtungen garantieren geringe Reibung. Die Anzeige der Bruchkraft erfolgt über ein Manometer Ø 250 mm mit Schleppzeiger. Komplett mit Splitterschutz für den Prüfraum.
