Der Spülbehälter aus Edelstahl Ø 315 mm ist mit Sprühdüsen und in- direkter Heizvorrichtung ausgestattet und kann mittels austauschbarer Einsätze ca. 5 Rundkolben 1 l bzw. 8 RTFOT Prüfgläser aufnehmen. Die Reinigung erfolgt mittels Besprühung und Lösemitteldampf. Im Anschluss an den Reinigungsvorgang erfolgt die Vakuumtrocknung der Teile und die Trennung von Bindemittel und Lösemittel mittels Vakuumdestilla- tion. Das Bitumen wird unten am Spülbehälter in einen Verdampferkolben oder ein sonstiges Gefäß abgelassen, das Lösemittel wird in den Vorratstank abgeschieden. The stain- less steel wash container 315 mm dia. is equipped with a indirect heating system and spray nozzles. By use of exchangeable inserts up to 5 round bottom flasks 1 l or 8 RTFOT test cups can be cleaned at same time. Sprinkling and solvent steam is used for the washing process. A vacuum system assists for drying the clean parts and for distillation of solvent. The bottom part of the wash container is equipped with a valve to remove the bitumen into an evaporator flask whilst the solvent is recovered in the clean sol- vent tank.
