99 Asphalt · Bituminous Materials 20-4100 Dynamische Prüfanlage 5 kN zur Durchführung von dynamischen Prüfungen zur Beurteilung des Verformungsverhaltens von Walz- und Gussasphalten und anderen Materialien in einer Klimakammer mit Glastür und Umlufteinrichtung. Die servohydraulische Antriebseinheit ist mit einem digitalem Regler und hochauflösender Kraftmessein- richtrung sowie einer inkrementalen Verformungs- messeinrichtung ausgestattet. Die Versuchssteue- rung einschließlich Vorheizdauer und Regelung der Prüftemperatur gemäß der jeweiligen Norm bzw. Prüfvorschrift (siehe 20-4110..) erfolgt über einen PC unter Windows mit laufender Datenerfassung einschließlich Auswertung/Protokolldruck und Da- tenbankfunktion. Der Versuchsverlauf wird online am Bildschirm dargestellt. Je nach durchzuführender Versuchsart sind eine oder mehrere der nachfolgen- den Zusatzoptionen bestehend aus spezifischer Soft- ware sowie Prüfeinsätze erforderlich. Die Ober- und Unterlast, die Kurvenform sowie die Verweilzeiten sind in den jeweiligen Prüfprogrammen hinterlegt. Die universell anwendbare Steuerungssoftware er- möglicht die Erstellung weiterer Prüfprogramme mit beliebigen Kurvenformen und Belastungsarten und ist optionell verfügbar. Ein PC mit Tastatur, Monitor sowie Betriebssystem Windows ist zusätzlich erfor- derlich. The servohydraulic power unit is equipped with a digital controller and high resolution load measu- ring system as well as an incremental displacement measuring system. The complete test including pre- heating time and temperature control acc. different standards is online controlled via PC and Windows software with data acquisitation, evaluation of test result, print graph and data base function. Additio- nally required is the special test software with test frames (20-4110..) depending on each standard. The top and bottom load, the type of curve, the different loading times etc. are programmed in the software of 20-4110.. Further individual test programmes with different curves (sinus, rectangular, haversine etc.) and loading cycles can be prepared on option using our universal software.
